Finding Peace...Rather than Worrying 

What do you worry about? People worry about things that are important to them. Taking care of the kids. Paying the bills. Keeping up their appearance. So what are you anxious about?

Did Jesus actually teach us to observe birds and flowers to help us deal with our tendency to worry? Yes, He did. You can find out His advice in Matthew 6:25-34. If God cares enough to feed the birds and to paint the flowers of the field, He will surely take care of you.

Have you ever considered the security you could find through Jesus Christ? He is God, Isaiah 7:14. His name “Emmanuel” means “God with us!”

Jesus promises to supply our needs only when we turn from sin, to Him, Philippians 4:19. When you do, God will provide from His great reservoir all your need ... with His power ... in His wisdom. The outcome will be to your good, Romans 8:28. Cast your cares on Jesus. He will eliminate your worry. Consider should you worry, or should you simply trust!
